For manufacturers of engineered electrical and electronic products
Your next Texas design win starts before the RFQ.
AIM develops qualified OEM and project opportunities across the Texas Triangle, then brings your sales team into conversations where your products fit.
Non-exclusive. Keep your current reps, distributors, and house accounts. We agree on opportunity rules before outreach.

Magnetics, power products and sensors
Thermal solutions, enclosures and controls
How it works
Start with your best-fit applications.
Align
Agree on your strengths, ideal applications, target accounts, exclusions, and channel rules.
Develop
Map Texas accounts, reach engineering and sourcing teams, and qualify where your products fit.
Advance
Bring your team into qualified conversations and support discovery, samples, RFQs, and follow-up.
The pilot
90 days to test the market.
Plus a negotiated commission on AIM-originated, accepted opportunities that become sales. The proposed OEM starting point is 6% of net invoiced product sales; final terms depend on the opportunity and are set in writing.
Included
- An agreed territory and product-fit brief
- 30 researched and prioritized Texas accounts
- Documented outreach and qualified application notes
- Biweekly pipeline updates and a monthly review
- An end-of-pilot assessment and next-quarter plan
Qualified conversations, technical evaluations, RFQs, and orders are planning goals—not guaranteed outcomes. The pilot measures whether a credible pipeline is forming.
Why AIM
We work from the requirement outward.
Our demand-side view helps identify where a manufacturer’s capability may be relevant, while focused account development opens conversations before requirements are finalized.
FAQs
Clear terms from the start.
Is the pilot exclusive?+
No. Your current representatives, distributors, direct team, and house accounts remain in place. We agree on exclusions before outreach.
What counts as an AIM-originated opportunity?+
A new account or program AIM identifies and submits for your written acceptance. Registration, house accounts, and commission terms are defined in the agreement.
Can AIM guarantee RFQs or orders?+
No. AIM commits to the agreed development work and reporting. Customer interest, technical fit, qualification, and purchasing decisions remain outside either party’s control.
What does AIM need from our team?+
A sales owner, product training, application guidelines, timely feedback, technical support, and dependable sample and quote processes.
What happens after 90 days?+
We review account response, qualified pipeline, and the work needed to advance it. If there is mutual fit, we can renew with updated priorities and compensation.
